We ensure the safety of citizens through maintenance and renewal of water and sewerage facilities, earthquake-proofing of facilities, and inundation countermeasure planning using advanced inundation analysis simulations. Combined with soft measures such as the development of inland water hazard maps and BCPs, we strengthen the city's ability to respond to disasters. Further, to achieve a sustainable supply of water and sewage services on a longer service life, we analyze the business structure, finances, and business environment and propose measures to improve management.
In water and sewage projects and agricultural community drainage projects, we provide total support for facility development from planning to design and construction, including overall planning, project approval planning, basic and execution design of facilities, and construction supervision services.
Through inundation analysis simulations, we assess inundation risks and develop inundation countermeasure plans that make effective use of existing stock. We also provide total support for inundation countermeasure projects, including soft measures such as inland water hazard maps.
To maintain sewer facilities in good health in the future, we conduct surveys and diagnosis of deterioration, formulate a stock management plan for the facilities, and propose appropriate maintenance and renewal plans.
To ensure that water supply and sewage facilities can fully demonstrate their original functions even in the event of an earthquake, we provide total support for earthquake-resistant projects, including seismic performance surveys and diagnosis, seismic reinforcement planning, and seismic reinforcement design.
A BCP is an action plan for quickly restoring the functions (level of service) of a facility after a major earthquake, windstorm, or flood event under constrained circumstances, such as damage to water and sewage facilities or power outages. We provide total support from the formulation of a BCP to emergency response training in accordance with the manual after formulation.
It is now mandatory to formulate a new sewerage business plan that adds “inspection methods and frequency” and “medium- to longer service life policies for the installation and reconstruction of facilities” to an existing sewerage business plan, which was mainly a construction plan. We utilize our expertise in planning-related work to provide total support for sewerage business operations.
