Concept

We promote the mental and physical health of our employees with the aim of becoming “a company where each and every employee can continue to work actively and in good health, both mentally and physically.”

Declaration of Health Management

NiX JAPAN Co., Ltd. considers the health and well-being of each employee to be an important management resource that supports the company’s sustainable growth.

We believe that creating a workplace where employees can work with peace of mind while maintaining both physical and mental well-being enables each individual to maximize their abilities and find greater fulfillment in their work. This, in turn, leads to the provision of better services to our customers and greater contributions to local communities.

We are committed to maintaining and promoting the health of our employees through initiatives such as encouraging regular health and dental checkups, preventing lifestyle-related diseases, promoting mental health, supporting women’s health, and reducing excessive working hours. At the same time, we strive to create a supportive and dynamic workplace where employees can work comfortably and thrive.

We also promote initiatives that foster communication and create opportunities for physical activity. As part of these efforts, we aim to cultivate a healthy and energetic corporate culture through activities such as “Sports × NiX.”

Recognized as one of the “2026 Certified Kenko Investment for Health Outstanding Organizations.

We have been recognized as one of the “2026 Certified Kenko Investment for Health Outstanding Organizations (large enterprise category)” under the “Certified Kenko Investment for Health Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program” by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Group companies NiX Sanki, Seiko Surveying, Giken Consultants, Toko Sokken, Shinnetsu Denko, Showa Design Consultants, NiX CREATE, and HIRO ENGINEERING were recognized as one of the “Certified KENKO Investment for Health Outstanding Organizations” in the SME category. Each company in the NiX JAPAN GROUP has been working to create a comfortable work environment and support employee health promotion. Since 2021, the NiX JAPAN GROUP has been strengthening its efforts to promote the mental and physical health of its employees, aiming to become a company where each and every employee can continue to work actively and healthily in both mind and body, which led to this certification. We will continue to strengthen our employee health support promotion system and actively implement health management measures to ensure that all employees can continue to work in good health.
