Achievements in our health management initiatives
We have been recognized as one of the “2024 Certified Kenko Investment for Health Outstanding Organizations (large enterprise category)” under the “Certified Kenko Investment for Health Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program” by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Group companies NiX Sanki, Seiko Surveying, Giken Consultants, Toko Sokken, Shinnetsu Denko, and Giken Sekkei were recognized as one of the “Certified KENKO Investment for Health Outstanding Organizations” in the SME category. Each company in the NiX Group has been working to create a comfortable work environment and support employee health promotion. In recognition of the efforts to create a workplace environment for health management, the NiX Group’s core companies as a whole have received the “Silver certificate as an Excellent Health Company” (equivalent certification). Since 2021, the NiX Group has been strengthening its efforts to promote the mental and physical health of its employees, aiming to become a company where each and every employee can continue to work actively and healthily in both mind and body, which led to this certification. We will continue to strengthen our employee health support promotion system and actively implement health management measures to ensure that all employees can continue to work in good health.
