We survey buildings (wooden and non-wooden), structures, standing bamboo and trees, and other properties existing on the land; determine the usually reasonable relocation site and method of relocation; and calculate the necessary costs for relocation. We conduct surveys utilizing 3D measurements with a terrestrial laser scanner and 360° camera imaging.
If there is a risk of damage to buildings or structures due to construction vibration or other effects, we prepare documents that allow comparison of the condition of buildings and structures (degree of damage, etc.) pre- and post-construction. In case a causal relationship with the construction is recognized, we develop repair standards and methods and calculate the amount of cost burden.
